i have given an iq test recently in tickle.com and i would like to know what should be the reasonable iq for a 9th grade 13 year old student. please inform me through answer.

IQ tests do not acutely test IQ. they test cultural and learned knowledge. how well you do is not how smart you are or the ability to retain information. it simple will show if you have what ever the IQ test deems as important knowledge for such a culture. if you look up the history of IQ tests you'll see that they were often created to weed out lower class, or immigrant populations such as in the military. they were actually a form of discrimination. dont put too much weight into the results of an IQ tests.

All "online IQ tests" are fake. To take an actual IQ test, you will have to have a qualified person administer it for you in real life. So, keep in mind that the score you get on this tickle.com IQ test is absolutely _not_ likely going to be the same as a real IQ test.
With this in mind, the "average" person is supposed to get a 100 on the IQ test. But also, consider the fact that one definitely does not need to take an IQ test to be smart! What matters in life is not your intelligence, but rather, as Gandalf would say (haha :P), what you can do with what is given to you! Albert Einstein, for instance, never actually took an IQ test (though his IQ is estimated between 160-180). That estimation is just to give you an idea of where the amazingly smart geniuses lie on the IQ range.
So the result of a x-year old y-grade student should be approximately 100, as that's the average IQ.

IQ tests consider the age of the person taking the test. So a good IQ, is good for any age. The average IQ is 100.
These test names and scores, designate the top 2% of the populations scores:
Culture Fair - 132
Ravens Advanced Matrices - 135
Ravens Standard Matrices - 131
Wechsler Scales - 132
So, a score of over 135, in most IQ tests, means you are in the top 2% of the population!

well - i am much older and consider myself to be bright - i also took the test on tickle (no credit card required) - i got a 115 - i don't know how bad that is - but, read there was a girl considered mentally challenged with an IQ of 90. - that's not so far off of mine!
so either there are different tests, maybe i rushed through it or maybe i am really a dummy!! lol!!!

Average IQ is 100. Being a little above 100, or a little below is ok. I'm a sixteen year old eleventh grade kid, and my IQ is 136.

Any score higher than 100 is fine. The average is 100.
