What would you think about If you were given a moment of Silent Reflection?

I would reflect on why my mother was paralyzed, from the waist down, back in 1999. To this day, I don't understand it and she definitely didn't deserve to be this way. I know you shouldn't question God, but it's hard.

I would think about whoever or whatever we are honoring during the moment of silence. If given a moment of reflection and silence, I usually reflect on all the children and their suffering in the wars of the Middle East. I send a blessing and a Light of Protection and Peace.

Well usually if there is a moment of silence it's because someone passed away. So in the moment of Silence I reflect on the person that passed.

I would think about all the people in my life that I lost.... My Grandmother.. My Grandfather, Uncle Dave, My cousin Billy. My Tommies and Leonard......
