We do that every morning at our school... We all have to stand up... I just stare off into space usually... but if there's something bad going on, I think about some stuff during that brief 10 seconds...
In real life, however, I would think about my life and how well off I am compared to other people...

I do a moment of silence every day. My father taught me how to do this when I was very young, and it has been with me ever since.

It's for remembrance, and for respect.

Then it's time to focus on the living again.

I would think about my boyfriend, my family, my real friends. And I would ponder everything in my life and know that life may be hard sometimes and not fair, but overall that I am blessed and lucky.♥
