Buck Cherry made a video for their song Crazy B*tch. One of the girls in the video was underage (17) and getting it on in the bathroom with members of the band and another chick. Now she is sueing the band because classmates are calling her a whore and lesbian. And the only thing that will take away her pain is money. Should the band have to pay because she had a fake ID and signed a waiver?

umm no,the band shouldn't have to pay..and where were her parents? they are the ones responsible for her,not some band. she signed the waiver--that makes the band not responsible.
