Since I am Italian, I would have to go with either The Godfather or The Godfather II, but Goodfellas and Scarface are up there as well. I love Mob/ Mafia type movies.

I have several that are favorites, off the top of my head:
Suspense - Sleeping with the Enemy (I still get scared when the window moves).
Comedy - Napoleon Dynamite “You know I'm training to be a cage fighter!"
Drama – Dying Young (that’s just one of them)
Documentary – Super Size Me
Western - Rooster Cogburn (grew up on John Wayne)
Real Classic - It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World (still funny!)
80's Cult Classic - Breakfast Club (Don't forget about me)
Black & White - Phantom of the Opera (1943 version)
Action/Adventure - Indiana Jones (Need #4!)
Mystery - Name of the Rose (Sean Connery & Christian Slater - nice to look at!)

Big Trouble in Little China.
I have NO idea how to categorise it.
Though I do still quite Nightbreed after all these years too; that would be a horror. But a pretty cheesy one by today's standards.

Fifty First Dates, with Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore.
It's a comedy and a happy love story, with great music.
