He said he liked me to my face first then I agreed but I was on IM with his bestfriend and he said that he probally lied. And his bestfriend likes me! What do I do? Like the guy that I know likes me or go for the guy I like even though he may not like me?

go for the guy you like.. cuz if his bestfriend likes ya as well he is gonna tell you stuff soo you dont stay with his friend too open the door for him.. but if you stay with the man you want trust his feelings a man feelings never lie. thats right ladies men do have feelings.. look and trust them.. f he going out of his way for you he must like ya

Follow your heart. Does the guy you think likes you (the one who said he loved you) seem like the kind of person to throw around those kind of words? If not, why not believe him? The other one is probably just trying to get you to forget about guy no. one. Go for the first one.

honest and attentive with you.

um thats hard to do. well but trust him cuz he said it. but b4 u go on dates do a trick on him to c does he really like u. but i think u should trust him and not his friends cuz hes friends could b doing it so u won't date and then they will have more time like sports and stuff and won't b playing without him. boys could do that u no. but good luck!

you should see if it was true.ask the guy that told you that he liked you if he was telling you the truth or just being nice.tell him to be straight with you so that you wont make a mistake and get your feelings hurt by some1who doesnt really like you.
