Dick Wilson was tribal chairman of the Lakota back in the 1970s. He was villified in the 1992 film documentary Incident at Oglala as a corrupt, possibly murderous, tyrant.
Please substantiate with a source, if possible.

I found the answer myself. I watched Incident at Oglala again.
Wilson's dates are: 1934-1990. Thanks for the help anyway.

Richard "Dick" Wilson continues to be a very controversial person. I do not know any recent information about him, including if he is still alive.
