I would tell him regardless of the possibilites of getting any money. It is the right thing to do. What if it was YOUR $100 bill??? What would you want the person behind you to do.

I'd definately tell him. I would feel so rotten inside if I took it, and I would live with the guilt. Think about it if it were you who dropped the money..
