They are not bones they are muscles. They are just sore from the pressure of your growing uterus and baby. Do kegel exercises to strengthen them.

You are just fine. The baby moves upwards because there's no more room down below. The pain will not always be there. But you can get on all fours and rock back and fourth to help baby get into a new position that won't be up under your ribs. This is completely normal, has nothing to do with delivery, you are far from delivery at this point. You will be just fine, we all experience that pain and it's very common. It will not affect your delivery, in time the baby will drop down into the birth canal and be ready for birth. Just relax and if it gets too uncomfortable then get on all four rock back and fourth or lay flat on your back and bring your knees up and down. These exercises should make baby re-position. You're doing great Mom, keep up the good work!~

I had this with my second pregnancy.. well if it is the same thing. I remember waking and trying to climb out of bed, and it hurt so badly! I felt like I had been riding a horse for days. I believe it does have to do with those muscles. Try sleeping with a body pillow between your knees, which might help ease some of the pain. I found that I was much better off when I slept on the couch.
Good luck, and best wishes!
Soon enough you will have a beautiful baby and the pains will be gone!

This could be many things. When I was 7 months pregnant, the baby moved from head down to transverse breach--Side to side--which put a tremendous amount of pressure and pain on my pubic bones.

Also at this time, the hips are in their final stage of expansion to accommodate the last big growth spurt, which can cause pain and bleeding.

I am 7 1/2 months pregnant and I feel the same symptom, but only when I get up from setting down, and it hurts to walk. I haven't told my midwife yet, but it is really getting on my nerves. I have not tried anything yet to help ease my pain.

It sounds like pressure but watch for any unusual discharge like blooded or watery liquid coming from the vagina. Just be careful and on you next appointment, let your doctor know. Good luck

It is most likely where your bones and muscles are moving and stretching to make more room for baby. You get to look foward to this until the day baby is born! I know it is very uncomfortable. Good Luck and Congrats!

As your baby grows your muscles and tendons must stretch and conform. This is a natural stretching or pulling of your abdominal muscles. Have a healthy and happy pregnancy!!

Probably just pressure, the little one's probably getting big by now. But just to be safe...please let the doctor know.
Good luck
