The below link is a website for Express Scripts that will allow you to compare multiple drugs, including herbals. It appears to be easy to use.

Another source would be your local pharmacist. Be sure to include ALL over the counter medications, supplments, vitamins, herbal remedies, etc.

I do not know of any such thing. One thing you can do though is research each medication individually and you will find information on each and put it all together yourself.
