I have done this too but I try hard to get into it and think about the feeling. What also has helped is talking to my husband and asking him to say endearing things or how he is feeling etc. when you are making love so that you have to respond to him by listening and talking back and making the "act" more than just a physical thing.

Never been married but when being with a man I normally try to stay in the moment. Of course if your not in the mood or don't really feel into it then I can understand why you would be thinking other things.

This explains a lot!
Usually my wife and I have a great relationship in that department,, but occasionally,, she seems a little distracted, I have to work twice as hard to really get things going.
Not that I am complaining,, sometimes that is half the fun.

No, the passion we still have carries me away from all that.
This is my opinion, or you are a person that worries too much, and therefore your mind is overwhelmed by otherthoughts, or
it might be a red flag , what I mean is ,maybe the passion you once had in your relationship is not there anymore.

Stop doing that!!!! The experience will be much more pleasurable for you if you concentrate on how it feels. do not think of anything else but the right now during sex.

this is a fairly normal thing, as women are able to process several trains of thought at once.

When I'm with my wife I think of my wife, sometimes other women I have feelings for.
I never think of anything else.
