No, it is not a sign. It just means you have the desire of getting married unless lately he gave you some signs to propose.
Remember, it is your dream, your subconscious mind. That is what you want in dream. Having your boy friend proposed to you symbolizes your desire to get married. It has nothing to do with him. Of course, if he always shows you signs of getting married, you shouldn't be surprised your dreamed that because dreams are also from daily experience.

It probably means that you want to get engaged and this desire is manifesting itself in your subconscious. Does it mean that your boyfriend feels the same way? Who knows ... I wouldn't get your hopes up though all based on a dream and I wouldn't push the issue with him, either.
