Profiles are pop up opened.you need your pop up blocker set correctly.Turning it off causes too many problems. I just tryed and had no problem seeing profiles.,you need to double left click on their name.Do this;
When you try getting in lounge or room and it doesn't work.click on pop up blocker. always allow tab it will say recent pop ups blocked.high light yahoo.com then click allow

WELL FOR INSTANCE,IF YOUR TALKING ABOUT PEOPLE PROFILES IN POGO EX.GO TO TOOLS AND CLICK ON ALLOW POP-UPS.THAT SHOULD HELP YOU.IF NOT WHILE YOUR TRYING TO CHECK PROFILES,HOLD DOWN YOUR CTRL BUTTON AT THE SAME TIME.GOOD LUCK.

I think that you might have a virus or somethin' cus same thing happens 2 me alot and i aint sure what it is
