After death, the soul, if a person has accepted the Lord into his/her heart and asked forgiveness for his/her sins, will see Heaven. If not, Hell. Death happens when all body processes stop.

I think death is the end of life on this earth as we know it. I do believe there is some kind of afterlife. I don't know if it is as literal as churches would have us believe or if it is just the essence of our soul that suffers if we realize all the wrongs we have done or enjoy comfort of knowing that we did the best we could.

After death it must be serene time to think about your deeds and the way you can make a better living being of yourself. And after that you get another form of life to develope.

I believe so.
Death is just a transformation, just as birth is a transformation.
It is a change of form.
The body is just a shell.
Have you ever seen someone after they have died?
You can tell just by looking at them that they are no longer there.
You can see only the body remains, but there is a weightlessness about them, an emptiness...
All we are continues after we have died.
We wear bodies much like people wear coats or masks, they are not who we are and they are interchangeable.
Our bodies enclose our souls but our souls are not contained.

We survive death only with our deeds in the minds of others and then...only for a little while.

yes we live after the body is gone. You are the life of your body, not the body, you lived before you had this body and you will live after it is gone at death one goes to a different level of awareness, reasses spiritual goals and plans to return into another life. Just a continuation of the Greatest adventure that ever was.

Death is a transformation. We merge into all that is, like a raindrop into the ocean. We will cease to hear and see and think as we once did, but it is not the end.

"to be alive is to sleep...to die is to awaken..."
that's what the old Mexican said in the Movie "la Bamba" I always thought that was pretty awesome!
What a question! Wow! How many times I have pondered that one...I?...I just think our souls go on and our physical body stays. I think we see all our loved ones again and that we may know the answers to all our questions, we'll be so content though that we really won't care about our questions being answered anymore.
