If you have not drank something, the drink is ?

I don't know what made me think of this. Actually, I do. I have a cup of coffee from this morning still sitting on the kitchen counter. If it was a donut, you would say the donut is uneaten. What would you say about the coffee? It is undrunk? Undranken? Something else?

You could say many things, improper as they may be though I would say "the coffee has not been drank"
instead as it just simply sounds better.
In my house nothing is ever left to drink and certainly food is not left uneaten!

Yep, undrunk. Unconsumed, untouched etc. are just beating about the bush. What was wrong with the coffee anyway?

If you have not drunk (not drank) something, the drink is ... still sitting on the kitchen counter.

Interesting question really. I suppose it would be 'undrunk', or 'untouched'.

it would be the drink "has not been drank". considering undrunk and undranken are not words.
