How do you go from winning a championship to being a second rate non contender in a few short years?

easy answer is he is driving for a somewhat competitive petty enterprises team. the sad part is that he is driving for the once proud petty's. the sadder part is that he didnt have to leave joe gibbs, gibbs offered him more $$ to stay.

dont worry that always happen in nascar.once a good driver then a bad driver.like ryan newman.or the compitition is gettin tougher.
