go to yahoo.com and click on "Make Y! your home page" on top of the page.
or go to options of your browser and set it there

It depends on which web browser you use but first open it up and navigate to the Yahoo you want as a homepage.

If you are using Internet Explorer you will need to got to the TOOLS menu at the top of the browser then choose INTERNET OPTIONS
near the top of the window that opens it says HOME PAGE you can just type in www.yahoo.com (or .com.au, .co.uk depending on which one you want)

If you use Firefox (highly recommended by the way) go to TOOLS > OPTIONS and in the windows that opens make sure you are on the GENERAL tab, once there do the same, type in the address you want as the homepage then click OK

simply bro..just type yahoo.com..then when you see "make yahoo your home page "justclick there and then go to tools internet options in the address type www.yahoo.com.then click apply then ok..dont forget to choose my answer if i do help you thx..
