Absolutely. Unfortunately, the number of people who wave to you diminishes when you move from the country into the city.

Sure. And I say Hi to strangers on the street, I hold doors for them, and I always wave thank-you when someone lets me into traffic.

i wave all the time. first. especially when i am in the car. love waving at people mowing their lawns as the car rolls by.
