i have these bump like things all over my face and arms and they itch like crazy I need to know maybe it could be egzma or something/

eczema, a local skin condition that can be irritating and unfortunately unpleasant is usually a rash type with scaly skin. It can be controlled easily through medications such as cremes. You have a condition caused by, I would guess an allergy but what? could be any-ones guess. I would check with your local allergist quickly before it gets out of hand. It could be dangerous or unsightly if left unattended.
