I'm not sure what to do! If I should keep it simple.. or if I should wear some red shadow or red lipstick, I don't know! Help?
My dress is black, but everything else is red.. horns, pitchfork, gloves, sparkles in hair, etc.

My boobs don't come out of my dress, stupid. Know before you speak (or type, in this case). Or else you sound very unintelligent.

Exaggerate your eye liner like the ancient Egyptians, then wear red eye shadow. (Remember to extend your eye brows as well.) Wear bright red lip stick too. Get red or silver sparkles and apply around your eyes. If you've worn fake eye lashes before, get a sparkly pair for the party as well.
I'd also suggest getting a bindi, or getting a whole bunch and putting them over your eyebrows like the bridal bindis worn in India. (Get red plastic jewels, and glue them on your forehead above your eyebrows with eyelash glue. Put the largest one between your eyebrows, and small ones above your brows.)

Honestly, you're going to be one of the other two hundred girls dressed up as a devil. You need t get a better and less cheap looking way to dress sexy. Do something original. You're not going to look sexy at all if you show up wearing the same thing many other girls are wearing.

There's no such thing as a sexy devil, just someone who wants to show off their boobs in a devil costume.
No make-up - make-up is never sexy, unless you're really ugly. Then it helps.
