Tell her of you experience and just be there to talk. She may not want to talk right now, but will later.

Listen. Support her. Plan a way to make a memorial of the pregnancy and of the child. A scrap book and a dedication would be a good way to honor the child. Also, reassure her that the soul of the child is with the Lord. A child that passes away prematurely is immediately in heaven with the Lord. She will be reunited with the child when the time comes.

you are the perfect person to help her through this time. you were in the same position and you needed someone and didn't have anyone around. Now you can be there for your friend. Sometimes I find that just being there with the person helps more than talking about the issue.
Keep in mind that if the father of the child and your friend wants to just be alone just let them be.
People have different ways of dealing with issues.

You are a friend. She will come to you if she needs anything.
Rent some movies, hang out, be near just in case she wants to talk.
Does she know that you have also had a miscarriage?
You could tell her about your experience and your feelings. It helps to know someone with a common experience.

Well, my suggestion to you would be to just be with her and comfort her. Maybe the two of you should go out to the movies (maybe with a few other close friends) and then go out for a nice dinner. Make it a girls night out.

Just be the shoulder to lean on. Be the ear that she can vent to. That is what being a good friend is all about.
