That is the MyWebSearch Toobar spyware.
I recommend you do not remove anything on your own. There are additional entries that will need to be removed. I recommend you go to Tom Coyote or one of the other site that allow you to post your HJT and a pro will review it and tell you exactly what to remove. He will also tell you how to remove it.

When Hijackthis is done running, locate that registry entry, check off the box next to it. And then click on "fix checked".
