I would suggest Macy's. If you do not have a Macy's rewards card, you can open one up in less than 5 mins. and save another 10%-20% off the price, even sale items. Macy's will bend over backwards to help you find just the right shoe(s). You can also shop on-line once you get a rewards card and they deliver! Yes, I work at Macy's :) Happy Shopping!

Go to the charity shops or car boots in the 'posh' areas where you live. Then if you find any suitable items - have them professionally dry-cleaned, they'll be like new.
TKMaxx also do some really lovely stuff - they have branches in most major towns now.
Also, I've had some MAJOR bargains from Debenhams when they've had their sales on.

T.K Maxx are a great shop! they sell discounted designer gear. you need to be prepared to rummage though! i think they change stock daily. i have got some great bargains there before.
