Its our first wedding anniversary and i want to do something nice for my husband. (which he better be planning on doing something nice for ME too) he was forced to work a double today so he'll be tired when he gets home. What should i do to surprise him? I was thinking about making dinner & wearing what i wore on our wedding night. Any romantic ideas?

If he has to work a double, start with dinner, then a nice soak in the tub w/ candles and everything, wait till he is about to fall asleep in the tub walk in wearing only a tie, get in the tub with him and enjoy

Your dinner idea sounds great to me too *S* Maybe a nice card made by you telling him how special he is to you and how much you love him...you know all that mushy stuff lol. Just have a nice quite night together...HEY...if you have a video of your wedding you could sit down and watch that maybe.....just a idea I didn't say it was a good one lol

Making dinner sounds good, and I am sure he would like to see you in what you wore on your wedding night.

Plan a romantic getaway, kind of another Honeymoon for the two of you. Life is too short and we forget what made us fall in Love and what keeps us close. My wife and I plan getaways every other month, if just for two days.
GO out to eat, wine, dine, dance, and sneak away to your room and have a much more romantic evening. Keep doing that at least a couple times a year and you should have a long, happy, fun filled marriage
