Go to your hardware store and get some Trisodium Phosphate. Use a container you can throw away. Use hot water, and 1/2 a cup of Trisodium Phosphate. Mix it in the hot water till it's dissolved. With a garder sprayer, put the Trisodium Phosphate mix in, add 1/2 bleach and 1/2 an 38 oz. bottle of Dawn dish washing liquid. Put the top on then turn the sprayer end over end a few times to mix everything together. After, add more water if needed. Spray your patio and the side of your house where the mold is. A pressure washer would be nice but a garder hose will do. Don't let this dry. It's best to do it on a cloudy day. Early morning would be best. Put it on heavy. Hose off. You may need to hit the heavy spots again. You will pass this on to friends. I was a painter and this never failed us. Take care.
