Clean it of what? Viruses? Spyware? Adware? Dust?
For the first, check out www.free-av.com and download Avira AntiVir. It's free, it uses few system resources, and it's rated one of the best in the world (MUCH better than Norton or McAfee).
For the second two, go to www.pcworld.com, the downloads page, download and install Spybot Search and Destroy and Adaware. You can, I believe, also get a trial copy of Ewido. If you have specific problems that these won't fix, PCWorld (and cnet.download.com) provide tons of other problem-specific utilities.
For the last: get a can of compressed air from Walmart and a soft cloth.
