When using webmail, just check the boxes next to all the messages you want to delete then hit delete. When using Outlook, click on one email, then press and hold control and click all the other emails you want to delete. Then hit delete.

If you do not have a web based email account, and you have an email account from your local area network (lan) or your local service provider, click the email at the top of the page, to highlight it, then hold down the shift key, and click on the email at the bottom of the page. When you do that, all of your emails on that page will be highlighted, then hit the delete button on your keyboard and then they will be deleted..good luck..

I have yahoo mail and there's a little box at the top of the "check" boxes where I can check all. If you check this then delete, the whole page of mail is deleted. I don't know how it works on other email providers.

just check the box next to sender in the inbox and u can delete one page at a time... whereas in google it will allow u to delete the whole chunk of it all at once - try it :)

you can put items to keep in a folder under inbox. While you are reading your mail you can catoragise them to keep under their own files.on file click new file, put a name for file-click, go back to mail click on mail-hold down and drag over to the file & release. for unwanted mail - - when you open it or point to it (highlight) you only have to go up to the red "X" & click to delete it.It will go to delete file which when you have enough in there you delete completely
