Lets not get ridiculous but even The Constitution of the United States talks about right to fare trial.

Strange... I wasn't aware a television show COULD convict anyone !! Michael Jackson got a fair trial, and amazingly, was aquitted...

Now CourtTV certainly reported the trail... directly from the REAL Court House !! Nothing unconstitutional about that... in fact, the Supreme Court has upheld the right of the press to observe and report on trails. The Judge may (and did) sequester the jury to prevent outside influence.

I WILL admit that Nancy Grace is an opinionated lil b--tch, but that freaky little child-lover IS bizarre and had some VERY strange goings on at his little amusement part / pimp-palace.

Of course TV can't convict anyone, and in todays society sadly things shown on TV don't even have to be true, if someone is famous, like M Jackson, or polictical people like Bush, people are free from law suits for libel . So they can show info that may not even be true and get away with it.

And yes they have a right to a "fair" trial, but that will be for attorneys to find jurors who they believe will only take the evidence from the trial.

But this is a complaint most of us have had, far too much info given before all the facts are known. This is because news beleives people only want bad news or killings or gross news, and they want to be the first no matter if true or not.

The media trial of M. Jackson did definately convict him however the media trial has nothing to do with fairness or justice as it is solely based on ratings. M. Jackson got a fair trial in court. Unfortunately his victim did not.

Maybe but i will always believe he did it but it is up to the courts to say so and a jury of his peers to pass judgment and god .
