ok my cousin always complains to me about her now one year boyfriends exx, the exx always leaves text messages on his cell phona saying that she misses him and wants him back and want to see him. She also says i know your with her but i want you back.....my cousin doesnt know what to do about this ex and her boyfriend just ignores the msg's but she wont stop.....some advice i can give her??

If he ignores the messages, then whats the problem? It bothers your cousin, but at least the boyfriend respects her enough to ignore the ex. The issue here is your cousin's attitude. She is insecure, and if she keeps it up, the boyfriend will find that very unattractive and leave her.

Actually there's nothing your cousin can do.
It's up to her boyfriend to stop his ex, from calling him. He can have her number blocked, if he wanted too, but maybe he likes the attention and the reaction that your cousin gives every time he tells her that his ex is contacting him. Unless she is allowed to answer his phone, how would she know what the ex is doing? So he must be telling her. He enjoys the attention that these two women is giving him.
Remember no one can do nothing that you don't let them do. It will be hard, but your cousin is going to have to step back, and see how he handles this his self, if at all. If he doesn't handle it, maybe he still want the ex.
She has to take that into consideration.

Go to his service provider and have them block her cell phone number. She'll still be wasting money on sending them, and he won't have to pay to open it!!!

she needs to block tthe number., and if that doesnt work, then she should report that he is harrassing her to the phone company.
