This is going over board for me its not white dissing black but both white and black dissing latins especially some italians iam not saying this in general.
I know that only puerto ricans have the rigths of staying in usa (iam puerto rican.). But iam considered that some police men have confused us and have tempted to to imply the law for other latins. My fellow friends please tell me your opinion.

Whenever you go to a different place, people look at you differently. American tourists who go to Europe, for example, are sometimes put-down and treated badly because they are different.
As far as Puerto Rico is concerned, some Americans don't like the fact that P.R. is practically another state. It has all the protections of the United States, but the people there don't pay taxes. In other words, these Americans are upset that Puerto Ricans get all sorts of services for free, while US citizens have to pay for them.
It's not necessarily 'being Puerto Rican' that is the problem: there can be other factors involved that cause one group of people to dislike another.

I abhor racism, it sucks, I am white and blue eyed.
Oh how I wish I was old enough during the civil rights movement! I watch all the old film reels from the 60's, it absolutely blows my mind how 'we' the whites so thought that we were ACTUALLY better than the African Americans, it's so infuriating, Brave Rosa Parks, I would have stood by her all the way no matter the costs, because that is what I firmly believe, whites are no better, Hispanics are no worse, Chinese are no smarter, it goes on.
A really good movie to watch, if you can find it (amazon.com has it) Is "THE 60's" with Julia Stiles. It will make you cry, anger you, it's a good movie, I think all teenagers should watch it too, a interesting recent history lesson.
