No, changing your email address will not automatically update your contacts' address books or contact details.

You would have to send each one an email asking them to amend your current details with the new address.

If your contact list is on outlook,
you can change the email address and it will keep all the contact in there.
then you can send 1 email to all telling them about your new email address

They have to change it manually. Just send one email to everyone in your address book (have you set up groups? if not, you'll have to put every address in as a CC or BCC [BCC is better if you don't want to pass along all your contacts])
