Times have changed.. NOW.. at Home Depot/Lowe's/Ace.. they have picture hanging plastic-type screws and they are GREAT.. I used some for the first time and cannot understand why they did not have them before. Because it is concrete and not wallboard.. you would have to drill a hole in the concrete .. the hole to be a little smaller(not much) than the screw that you buy at Home Depot, etc.. then with a screwddriver, you screw in that special picture hanging screw.. The screw is such that when it goes in, the things on the end of the screw will keep it from coming out and hooks in(so to speak) the hole itself... make sure that the character at Home Depot knows what you are talking about otherwise they would say use any screw.

use plastic anchors.

concrete anchors.

go to any hard ward store and ask them. they can show you.
