Does anyone know who did the song "Freak Out" It came out in the 70's (Ithink)? It sounds like something Sly and the Family Stone would do but I'm not sure they did it.

I'm pretty sure you Le Freak by Chic, but bear in mind this is a disco song, and Sly and the Family Stone was pure funk.

The Mothers of Invention (Frank Zappa) put out an album on Verve Records, released July 4, 1966, called Freak Out, but that was equal parts comedic rock and avant garde, and that sounds even less like Sly than Chic.
