absolutely. the milk that your breasts produced fromyour past miscarriage has been cleaned out. and was a long time ago. and you will probably produce milk for the rest of your life, now that you have had a child. i went three years between my son and my new pregancy and i was still producing milk until i got pregnant again.

Why would it not be safe? You're hardly a refrigerator! You MAKE the milk on demand. True, he/she won't be getting any cholestrum, but that is only a small thing. Feed your child with confidence.
