I have family in thailand, and i haven't seen them in a while but i still talk to them on the phone. I went there about 5 years ago and I had a lot fun. This time i'd have to go during school and be gone for about 2 and a half weeks. But at my school they are offereing an exchange to London for 3 weeks in the summer, and I've never been there, and I really want to go!!!! Both trips will cost about the same, i tried a pros and cons list (they don't work) they came out even. so i really do need to decide soon.

Never been to Thailand but I have been to England.

Cannot recommend England highly enough. Forget everything you've ever heard about the English being stuffy or standoffish. Every Brit (and Scot) I met went out of their way to be kind to us Yank visitors.

The weather isn't as bad as its reputation. Yes, it DOES rain a lot but the climate's fairly mild and the sun pops out pretty frequently.

Also, UK food is lots better than its reputation. Never got a bad meal in all my time there.

Traveled through a lot of England and Scotland and the beauty of the landscape is not to be missed.

Altogether an excellent place to visit. Can't wait to go back myself. Perhaps permanently.

Turn it around, ask yourself why you wouldn't want to go to either London or Thailand. So think of as many reasons as you can for not going to these places. The one with the most reasons loses.

I would do London anyway because you haven't gone there yet.
