I'm having a really hard time understanding exactly WHAT you are trying to ask, but... grapes turn into wine by a process known as fermentation. In a process known as glycolysis which is the catbolic break down of proteins, it can go one of two ways. If it is anerobic, meaning if the reaction lacks oxygen, it will go into a process called fermentation. This is where energy is made from only food and water, and carbon dioxide and alcohol is given off (the carbon dioxide is what allows yeast to rise, it's CO2 gas being given off during the reaction). If it's aerobic, which means WITH oxygen, as in our cells in our body, it goes through something known as the Kreb's or Citric Acid Cycle and then to a process known as the Electron transport chain. In THESE reactions, the products given off are CO2 and water,(like when you exhale) and you make energy in the form of something known as ATP or adenine triphosphate. This is where we get our energy from. All substrates (proteins, fats, starches) can go through glycolysis. We get most of our energy from fats though, because they possess more triglyceride chains to be broken down and can release more energy.
Some other foods that contain microorganisms that go through fermentation include beer, cheese, wine, even nail polish remover (which is actually from the fermentation of a fungus not a bacteria) Even chocolate is produced through fermentation.

Please, fix up your English, I have trouble understanding this, but I believe you're asking which foods are produced with microorganisms.

Wine and beer are created from yeast. Yeast is a microorganism that creates its energy from lactic acid fermation, in other words, it produces a small amount of energy by using only water and food. The products are carbon dioxide and alcohol. The carbon dioxide gives beer it's fizzy, while you can guess what alcohol does.

Another food that uses yeast is bread. The holes are created from the carbon dioxide, while the alcohol evaporates.

yeast . sacchromyces cervisiciae. That yeast can be found any where . Can be found on flour, bread and some other grain products as well as fruit since these have alot of sugar in it. it's also used in baking process to rise bread.

Micro organisms are little organisms in every food they are little bacteria that help the food either grow or rot.
