The best way to know is if when your f*cking her,(at the begining) If she winces or makes a hurt face, or says ow or something.
Not all chicks bleed the first time.
And like someone else said, the hymen (barrier thing) can be broken by riding a bike or stuff like that.
You'll have to take her word for it I guess. Cause chicks have exercisezes they can do to make their "area" tight. And If you have a big you know what, it can still kinda hurt at first everytime, even though she hasn't been a virgin in seven years!!!

You probably wont know. Its quite common for the hymen to break naturally (meaning that technically the girl is not a virgin) when she is ethically a virgin not having had sexual realtions.

You really can not, the hymen is in tact many times. however, this can be broken due to being athletic, riding a bike etc. So, really you have to take her word for it. God bless
