theme, customize theme, i then click on browse, one of my folders pops up, i click on a pic, press save, then it says ERROR, your image is too large must be 259kb or less. it cant be this hard, i see people changing their backgrs all the time. Please help.

It took me forever to do mine! I had to crop my image just a tad bit and save it with a "low" setting... the size of the image wen down drastically-- from 300 to 50... also, make sure is jpeg!

you just need a smaller image and that must be .jpg image for putting on your 360.
