I have been on my present job almost 38 years...It was a good 10 years before I was no longer considered a new guy...

never really considered as the nbew guy. i work for myaself thru thr military. i have been a daycare provider for children 4 weeks to 12 years of age for the past 5 years.

Fifteen years....didn't feel like the new gal when other people were hired after me. Have felt like one of the old gals for the last five years or so.

it depends...I just started my job 2 weeks ago and blended in very nicely with the other coworkers...and also there were 2 more employees that started after me so i felt like I have been working there for years
