I think you mean your home page always comes up as what you did not expect. Someone has hijacked your home page.
If this is the case, open IE, go to Tools ->Internet options ->Change the page web URL to read your choice, for e.g., http://www.yahoo.com;
That should fix it. If this is not the answer you expected, then I need more information. Your question is vague at best.

web site you mean, the page will reside in your temporary internet files folder. Simply go to tools > internet options > and click delete files.

click Start..go to ctrl panel...click on add/remove progms.. then highlight the progm u want to remove fr ur sys...click on remove
