It all depends on the pregnancy. Yes you can get it a week after you conceive. It's the hormone changes in your body. I had 3 babies and they were all different. They were all boys. The last one I was sick every day all day until I was about 7 months along and then I had heartburn for the rest of the time.

Not everyone gets morning sickness, I never did with either of my pregnancies. Some people have it all 9 months, some not at all. Sometimes it is very mild like just a queesy stomach, other people stay in bed or are throwing up constantly.

Come to think of it, I was a little bit in the first month of my first pregnancy, but I switched brands of prenatal vitamins and found out that was the cause. My doctor said it often times is.

It depends, but I'd say not until about 4 or 5 wks. Most women have morning sickness from 7 - 13 wks (or 5 - 11 wks after conception). Tender breasts are usually the first indication of pregnancy, but that is also a sign that your period could be coming.

I am in the same boat as the person above me named "purdy". You can even go to my previous questions and see where at my 5th week I was worried I wasn't having too many signs of being pregnant. Then literally at the start of my 6th week I immediatly felt the nauseau, and it hasn't stopped of course i'm now only 7 weeks so I guess I had better get use to it. I haven't actually thrown up though just sick to my stomach and very queasy and dizzy.
