STD can be ruled out...
This is not unusual. The area is hot and semi-moist all of the time, the prime environment for issues like pimples. Keep clean, scrub the area well while showering and you're doing all you can do presuming no special problems or need of prescription medication.
Sometimes areas such as these may become inflamed or infected. Do not try and "squeeze" them which is the tendency for most people to do. This only causes irritation and makes them larger.
But definitely have the area evaluated by your physician.

Look at the links below. If it looks like either of those then it's perfectly normal and nothing to be worried about. If it looks like neither, then ask your doctor. It may actually be pimples or something.

Lack of daily hygiene did this. Wipe penis daily with alcohol but don't let drip into meatus.

yiu might have mulluscum...go to the clinic and have it checked out also look up mulluscum on yahoo or google
