It's a morning world whether it suits us or not. Jobs start early, school starts early, everything early, early, early. Our bodies become conditioned to get up early. I am a night person. I prefer to be up until 4 in the morning and sleep until 10. Had to wait until retirement to get out of the early world.

I get up early every morning about 8 am because of my three month old waking up and my dog barking to go outside to pee
