Well, it's pretty nice. Go where you want, buy what you want, worship what you want. Stores full of food and clothing.

Well, the streets here are not paved with gold. If you know the language then fine, otherwise you can have problems. Also, if you have a degree and are a professional, you will likely need to have it transferred/validated to the state you are living in, which may require filing papers, testing, etc. I have known Psychologists and Psychiatrists that ended up working for a while in factories on assembly lines until they dealt with the paperwork.

Otherwise, it is a semi-free country. I would not live anywhere else.

It is not like it use to be but I would not live anywhere else. Jobs are getting harder to find and cost of living is getting to high. There is a mixture of cultures and of course prejudice exsist but freedom is still more prevalant then most countries and in general I find Americans to be good people with who are willing to help others and if you meet rude individuals do not be discouraged there are many good people living here. Beauty is abundant if you like nature ,and historical landmarks are everywhere, there is a vast variety of restraunts where you can enjoy food from any culture, you can find any type of muisc and the choices for movies and theatre are also diverse.

I have always lived here and do not know what it is like to live elsewhere. But I enjoy the many freedom, there is always something to do and so much of it is free. Libraries, museums, free concerts, festivals. I have lived all over the US (VA, OH, IN,NV,CA,KS, MO) and I travel extensivly for work, I think that it is a very beautiful country.

My favorite for living though is the midwest, the cost of living is great and people are very friendly

Enjoy and utilize the internet to find really great spots to explore

What are you on about 0976 "there's already too many people here"?

There's approx 60 million in the UK and 250 million in the USA.

Last time I checked, the USA was a LOT more than 4 times the size ( area ) of the UK! :-)

Spread out a bit to avoid overcrowding...

WHERE ARE YOU FROM? WHERE ARE YOU GOING!

1ST, IT IS BY FAR THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN THE WORLD, HOWEVER EACH CITY HAS PLACES WHERE MOST PEOPLE AVOID! TRY NOT TO LAND THERE. IF YOU CAN, SHORT TERN RENT, OR HOTEL IT TILL YOU GET A GRASP OF WHERE THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE IS, IN YOUR NEW AREA. FLORIDA, NO INCOME TAX, LOW PROPERTY TAX, TEXAS NO INCOME TAX.

We don't need anymore people here. Stay where you are.

It's already too crowded.
