>lots of dark makeup

If it is just for Halloween I say go for it. But, being only 13 I wouldn't do it on a daily basis just yet. But, the costume sounds cute.

dont forget the black leather spike belt to go around you long pink shirt and then be sure to have big hair. sounds like a great costume......

none of the punks I know wear pink, try switching to red or basic black. You might want to colour and spike your hair too
