came up in defragmentation report as unable to defragment theese files. Can someone pls explain me about theese files, why they can't be defragmented, what kind of aplications are they, what do they do, and where from did I get them?

This is the uncompressed version of an error dump. The .MDMP file is the compressed version and is the file sent to Microsoft.

You can delete them.

Apparently, *.hdmp files are produced by Windows XP - see http://filext.com/detaillist.php?extdetail=HDMP.

If Windows XP produces an .hdmp file, it does not mean that Windows itself crashed - it could also be an application.
