I set the security of one of my folders and I only allowed one user to acces it. But then I had to reinstall my Windows, and I kept my folder, but all the users were gone... including the one that had acces to that folder. And now when I try to open it, it sais that acces is denied! I can't open it from the administrator account, neither!!! What can I do? I had something really, really important in that folder!

No, it's not like that! I can't change the security! Only that user could change it!

You have to take ownership of that folder with your new admin account. Right click on it, choose security. Click "advanced." Click the "owner" tab. Add your new admin account as the owner. Voila!

An administrator can open anything they want to, as long as they take ownership of it first. Did you try the steps I told you?
