Scorpios usually have intense eyes. Most of the Scorpios I've come across have brown eyes too (it could just be a weird coincidence, I'm sure there's blue and green and hazel eyed Scorpios).
Check into the ascendant or what planets lay in the first house of a birth chart. That tells about appearances. :)

I am a Scorpio with blue eyes. I don't think I have weird eyes. sort of intense but, not weird.

Don't know what exactly you mean by weird but I have Deep
Blue Scorpio Eyes and X-Ray Vision.

Better look at the Lord of 1st House, however, scorios eyes reflect reddish golden in colour
