Color in visible light has very little to do with how quickly something cools off. Radiant cooling depends on the emissivity in the infrared. Different pigments and finishes have different infrared emissivities, but it is not directly related to color.
Color can affect how quickly something heats up in sunlight, because the sun's energy peaks in the visible. Of the primary colors, yellow will reflect the most sunlight, and therefore absorb the least energy.
