Why is so much fuss made about people going naked in public yet other crimes go unoticed or do not get sorted as they should be

It's beyond me... Their time would be better spent tracking down violent criminals. Inappropriate? Children are BORN naked, thay have no issues with it until much later.
When early man roamed the land trying to find shelter & avoid being eaten by sabertooth cats, everyone was naked. Oh the perils of fashion.

No body cares if you go naked,but we are worried about the people seeing you naked.They may not be able to hold themselves.Question of public safety.

It is a matter of public decency.
Criminals are trying NOT to be noticed.They would like to get away with whatever it is they are up to.

when I was a kid we went swimming naked all the time, it was no big deal, but today it is another other story, guess the world grew up
